Biography
Stéphane Marfisi specializes in financial advisory missions within the Transaction Services team and has been responsible for the management of numerous due diligence missions in France and abroad. He is also a regular adviser in international arbitration proceedings (ICC, etc.) or ad hoc and in complex commercial disputes. His experiences have led Stéphane to intervene mainly in services activities and to develop a particular knowledge of telecom, publishing, communication and advertising, engineering services and "e-commerce". In the field of litigation assistance , he intervenes on issues related to the assessment of the damage and more generally in the analysis of the characteristics and financial and accounting issues of the cases studied. In this context, he is regularly called upon to give evidence before the arbitral tribunals as a financial expert. He also has extensive experience in disputes arising from M & A transactions, in connection with price adjustment procedures. A graduate of Paris Dauphine, he is a partner and has more than 18 years of experience with Mazars.
