Biography
Vicky Sargent joined Mentor Graphics in 2009 as regional HR manager and business partner. She most recently served as HR director for Mentor’s Americas region before becoming chief HR officer. During her tenure, Vicky provided lead HR support for multiple acquisitions and spin-offs, organizational restructuring and change, talent recruitment, performance management and compensation planning. Vicky has 20 years of HR experience in the high technology industry. Prior to Mentor, she held positions at Novell Inc. (now Micro Focus), Cambridge Technology Partners and Axiom Management Consulting. She holds an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Bristol, U.K.
