Biography
Bernard Ourghanlian joined Microsoft France in 1999 as Technical Director. Since November 2002, when he was appointed Technical Director and Safety ( Chief Technology & Security Officer ) and Director of the Services Division Acting Bernard Ourghanlian is responsible for the overall conduct of the strategy of Microsoft in France in technology and security. He is also in charge of the management of technological risks of Microsoft France. Bernard Ourghanlian has been a member of the executive committee of Microsoft France since the beginning of 2009. He is also a director of Syntec Numérique and the University of Paris Sud. In close liaison with the General Management and the various divisions concerned, he represents Microsoft France technically with key government officials and major government agencies, IT departments, standardization and standardization committees and the world of business. education and research. Prior to joining Microsoft, Bernard Ourghanlian was the Technical Director of Digital France, where he was actively involved in the design and development of Alpha's microprocessor architecture and various system software elements to support it. Previously, he was involved in the design and implementation of the first nuclear magnetic resonance imaging techniques at Thomson. He began his career as a teacher and researcher at the University of Orsay.
