Caroline Bloch

Biography

  Caroline Bloch joined the Management Committee of Microsoft France in April 2015, as Director of Human Resources .  In a context of company transformation, Caroline's mission is to steer, develop and affirm the company's HR policy. Its main challenges are to create the conditions for everyone to be an agile and ambitious actor of his professional development and employability, to enable everyone to contribute to the success of the company by mixing excellence and pleasure in the work, and finally to cultivate all forms of diversity and diversity in an open and multicultural environment. Caroline began her career in 1989 at Atos as Head of Recruitment and Mobility. After joining Microsoft France as a human resources manager, she joined Mondelez (formerly Kraft Foods) in recruitment, mobility and talent management for the customer support and sales and consulting divisions. She has spent 16 years in this position and has held several positions: first as Head of HR France, then as Director of Development and HR France & Benelux, and lastly, from 2008 to 2011, as part of the merger of Kraft and LU in Europe, Director of Change Management in Europe. Lastly, as Director Development and Career Management from 2011 at Microsoft France, Caroline Bloch holds a degree in Human Resource Management, Work Psychology and Business and Government Management.
