Patrick Radisson

Biography

 Co-founder & CTO, Eng + MBA. Graduated from Ecole Nationale Superieure des Telecommunication (ENST) PARIS with an electronics engineering degree he also got a MicroElectronics advanced degree (DEA Micro-électronique) and a degree in Management (MASTER MSGO) from IAE Grenoble. He has acquired a strong experience in Detection and Imaging, in microelectronics and micro- technologies through different positions in THOMSON CSF, SOFRADIR, PHSMEMS and THALES. He cumulates in particular more than 18 years in solid-state Infra-Red detectors field through the management of the complete cycle from product development to Production where he has actively managed the development and industrialization of new technologies (II-VI material growth, PV process, Interconnect technologies, Asics, Cryo & Vacuum packaging technologies) coming from Laboratories (LETI.). He also managed Engineering and Production teams in emerging MEMS /MOEMS (RF and Optical electro-mechanical components on Si, SOI. wafers) field at PHSMEMS a French start-up company. He eventually joined THALES XRIS (2005) to manage an X-ray detector Product line before taking in charge Advanced Technologies activities in X-Ray and THZ giving rise to the development of emerging X-ray spectrometric solutions for security applications through the creation of MultiX.
