Biography
Sonia Boussaguet has been Associate Professor in the Department of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at NEOMA BS on the Reims campus since September 2006. She has a large amount of experience as a researcher and she is the author of many articles on the Human and Managerial Problems of SME transfer/takeovers. She has also contributed to various collective publications and she is a member of the AIREPME and the AEI. She has completed consulting assignments for the private agency INFINE Transactions, co-managed an institute for SME transfer/takeovers (IMART), and in this same field, led the Entrepreneurs Club of Champagne-Ardenne. She works in close collaboration with the first European association in the SME transfer sector (TRANSEO). Sonia BOUSSAGUET earned her PhD in Management Sciences at the Université de Montpellier 1 in France.
