Deroy Xavier

Biography

Xavier DEROY, HDR, is Professor of Strategy and Organisational Theory at NEOMA BS. He was elected to the Chair of the Research Committee at NEOMA BS. He is the Director of Masternova, a specialised master that teaches Innovation Management in Life Sciences and Agri-food. The programme is the result of the cooperation between NEOMA BS and AgroParistech. His fields of research focus mainly on critical current in Organisational Sciences, Event Theory applied to institutions, Institutional Change, and Policy Dimensions of Organisational Change. He has published numerous articles in Anglophone journals such as Organisation Studies, Journal of Change Management and French journals such as Management International, Revue Française de Gestion, Entreprise et Histoire. He has edited a book and participated in the editing of many others. He has organised an annual track at the Euram Conference and presented many papers at international conferences like Egos and Anzam.
