Biography
Associated Professor of European Affaires, Loïc ERNEST holds a PhD in European Law. He was first Head of Department, then Academic Director from 2005 to 2013. Today he focuses on academic subjects related to the European Union (Institutional System, Interior Market/Competition Policy, etc.), Lobbying, and Champagne. He is the author of a “Manuel Pratique de Droit Européen des Affaires” (Editions ESKA in 1996) and the co-author of two books “L’Union Européenne-ses Institutions, son Droit, ses Politiques” (Editions Gualino, 2008) in collaboration with Gaëlle Le Guirriec-Milner. He was also awarded the title of Knight in the Ordre des Palmes Académiques.
