Biography
Najma is an Assistant professor of Information Systems at NEOMA Business School in France. She holds a PhD in Computer Information Systems from J. Mack Robinson College of Business in Georgia State University and a Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion from Paris-Dauphine University -PSL. She Teaches Information Systems management, Digital business models, digital transformation, project managemennt and user behavior. Najma’s research investigates the negative effects of massive investments in ICTs on humans. Her research focuses on phenomena such as technostress and information and technology overload and searches how individuals adapt with such disruptive states. Najma also works on the digital transformation of organizations with a special focus on how collaborative technologies impact work routines and procedures. A third focus of her research contributes to a better understanding of the concept of ‘adaptation’ from a theoretical perspective. Najma is interested in the multilevel nature of the concept of adaptation.
