Subtil Bénédicte

Biography

 Bénédicte SUBTIL holds a Master in Research (MAS) in Organisations, Institutions and Performances from the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and a Master in Management from the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon. After earning a DECF (Diploma in Accounting and Financial Studies), she specialised in Corporate Finance and Financial Accounting. Her centres of interest are Financial Analysis of Groups and Companies, IAS-IFRS Standards and Mergers and Acquisitions. Professor at NEOMA Business School, She is Manager of the Corporate Finance Major (4th year) and a Financial Analysis course (1st year) for the CESEM Programme and the Corporate Finance course for the Grande Ecole Programme (Master in Management). She has developed financial simulations for these two programmes. For six years she coordinated the Accounting discipline for all the programmes at NEOMA Business School. While performing these duties at NEOMA BS, Bénédicte SUBTIL lectured at the IPI (Institut de Promotion Industrielle) and since 2000 she has been Financial Manager at the company Les Alleux. She has also held an Adjunct Professor post for many years at the Université de Reims Champagne-Ardennes in the Master 2 Programme.
