Parmentier Bertrand

Biography

Mr. Bertrand Parmentier serves as the Group Chief Executive Officer and Member of Supervisory Board at Pierre Fabre S.A. He is also Managing Director of Pierre Fabre S.A., Investment Arm. Mr. Parmentier serves as a Member of Managing Board at LATelec SA. Mr. Parmentier served as the Chief Executive Officer of Latécoère S.A. since January 1, 2013 until May 16, 2013 and Chairman of Management Board since May 17, 2013 until November 17, 2013 and served as its President. Mr. Parmentier served as the Managing Director of Societe Industrie d'Aviation Latecoere SA since January 2009 and served as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Parmentier joined the Latécoère group in July 2008 as Financial Director. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Societe Industrielle d'Aviation Latecoere SA. He started his professional career in the Shell Group, where he served from 1979 to 1988. He also held different Finance positions in France and abroad. Mr. Parmentier served as Financial Director of Groupe Aubert & Duval from 1988 to 1990. He joined Laboratoires Pierre Fabre in 1991 as Financial Director. He served as its Managing Director of Laboratoires Pierre Fabre since 1996 and was responsible for Finance, Information Systems. Mr. Parmentier is an HEC graduate.
