Colin Etheridge

Biography

 Colin joined Next Ventures as Sales Director in 2014 with over 20 years’ experience gained in senior  roles for global enterprise technology recruitment firms comprised of heading up ERP focused sales operations in the USA, Europe, Far East and domestic territories. Throughout Colin’s extensive recruitment experience he has managed various global teams and operations at organisations including Elan Computing, Square One and K2 Partnering. Adept at progressing recruitment businesses into new markets, Colin was pivotal in organisational re-structure to create specialist divisions thus eliminating the reliance of one, specialist technology and key in rebuilding international divisions to become profitable business concerns in their own right. Colin’s wide-spread expertise of global markets is now applied at Next Ventures through his role as Global SAP Sales Director where he is managing his team of international SAP Recruitment Consultants to take their international SAP business from strength to strength as they continue their unremitting progression and development into new markets including the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Brazil.
