Biography

 Darren Rosenfeld – Darren is one of the two founding directors of Next Ventures and has over 18 years' experience in business development and management in niche technology focused recruitment. Darren's recruitment skills and expertise began when he joined Internet Recruitment Group (latterly re-branded as TechPartners International) as a trainee Consultant. Darren very quickly became respected as a delivery specialist in the network infrastructure market, focusing on E.M.E.A based search assignments assisting both start-ups and established organisations with their strategic recruitment needs. After successful 4 year tenure and post the TechPartners acquisition by Harvey Nash in 2000, Darren realised his ambition of establishing his own recruitment business and set-up Next Ventures alongside his TechPartners colleague Richard Lacey. Darren now leads a team of over 35 Consultants world-wide focusing on the Next Ventures international Permanent business. Day to day, Darren oversees a wide variety and volume of permanent roles, where he still works closely with the business to ensure each Consultant is focused on exceeding the wide, specific and detailed recruitment requirements of each client.
