Biography

 Vipula joined Next Ventures 4 years ago in 2010 having completed over 7 years successful experience in IT recruitment. Vipula's enterprise technology recruitment started in 2005 where she undertook roles including Senior Recruitment Consultant within the IT recruitment sphere, joining Next Ventures in 2010 to focus on recruiting in the Benelux region on one of Next Venture's core markets SAP. It was quickly recognised that Vipula had talent in identifying niche, specialist IT recruitment talent so took on the role of Head of Internal Recruitment for Next Ventures in 2012. Since then Vipula has been pivotal in sourcing the finest specialist Consultants in large enterprise applications including: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Technologies, Big Data, BI, Datawarehousing, Data Analytics (Marketing/Insight & Risk), Software and Infrastructure Vendor Search, eCommerce Technologies, Banking Applications and all areas of Infrastructure and Development. Coupled with her expertise in attracting first class specialist IT recruitment Consultants for Next Ventures, Vipula's skills extend to recognising exactly what is required to retain such specialist Consultants, and has continued to make strides year-on-year both in meeting the requirements set to her on recruitment and retention.
