Biography
Dr. Christian Honoré works as a PostDoc fellow in the Diabetes Research unit in Novo Nordisk R&D. In his job, he is in charge of running his induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSC) project together with his manager. He finds these cells and their potential very intriguing. And he finds the intellectual challenges that he face stimulating. One of the things that has impressed him coming into Novo Nordisk R&D is that when a project is prioritized within the organisation the machinery that is set forth to bring such a project forward is quite remarkable. Not only with regards to how we will be moving forward the next six months, but also thinking several steps ahead, trying to reduce bottlenecks as much as possible. This long-term thinking means a great deal for developing the next generation of life-saving therapies.
