Biography
Malin, a department director for the team responsible for the drug product formulation development of the biopharm project portfolio in CMC Development. His job is to ensure that he in the best way possible develop new drug products to patients with haemophilia or growth hormone deficiencies. His department consists of highly skilled project coordinators, scientists and technicians, who work close together to reach our goals. In total, we are 40 employees handling 20-25 different projects in development. Personally, he uses a lot of time during his work day in meetings coordinating their projects. His department is located at the primary CMC Development site, but he has a lot of internal stakeholders with other parts of the R&D organisation, so he drives between his different sites rather regularly.
