Biography

Dr. Lutz's practice focuses on antitrust analyses and damage quantification issues in the areas of intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has extensive experience managing large-scale complex analyses in a variety of litigation areas. Her experience in the health care industry includes analyses involving physician groups, hospitals, health plans, group purchasing organizations, medical devices, and medical procedures. She has assessed the competitive effects of mergers and other business combinations, as well as evaluating both liability and damage issues in cases involving claims of monopolization and attempted monopolization, predatory pricing, price discrimination, vertical restraints, exclusionary conduct, and tying and bundling arrangements.
