Biography
Benoît PIRO is a Professor at Paris Diderot University of France . He is working on Bioactive Surfaces and Sensors team involves the design and implementation of modified electrodes (by thin, ultra-thin layers or even self-assembled monolayers) for the realization of electrochemical biosensors , ions, proteins, antibodies, ...). Interactions between biomolecules and electroactive probes are used to obtain systems with direct electrochemical transduction. His interest are in Bioelectrochemistry, Biosensors.
