Biography
Laurent vigroux the director of IAP encompasses cutting edge astrophysics: planetary system formation and the research of extrasolar planets, stellar physics, chemical evolution and the dynamics of galaxies, the distribution of large structures in the Universe, observational and theoretical cosmology of the primordial Universe and extreme energy phenomena. Around 160 researchers, engineers, technicians, administrative staff and doctoral students are working under his guidance . Mr.Vigroux also operates 2 Astronomy and Astrophysics and has a close partnership with the Paris Observatory, located on the same campus.
Research Interest
His current interest is regarding the astrophysics, astronomy, planetary system ,cosmology and has lots of ph.d students and engineers ,technicians and doctoral students working under his guidance.
