Biography
Michel Dusserre has served as an Independent Director of Pharmagest Interactive SA since June 19, 2009. He is also Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He is Member of the Regional Chamber of Discipline in 2003, among others. He also served as an Auditor (1975-2003) and Member of Compagnie Regionale des Commissaires aux Comptes of Nancy (CRCC) from 1992 to 1994.
