Kunal Pandit

Biography

Mr. Kunal Pandit has been a Director of Acino International AG since December 17, 2013. He serves as a Member of the Board of Acino Holding AG at Acino AG. He serves as a Director of ConvaTec Healthcare B S.a.r.l. He serves as a Director of GCL Holdings GP SÀRL at GCL Holdings S.C.A. He serves as a Director of Acino Holdings, Trimb Holdings and Guala Closures. He was a Partner of Avista Capital Holdings, L.P. Mr. Pandit joined the Avista Capital Partners in 2010 and has previously served as a Principal and Vice President. He served at aPriori Capital Partners L.P. for three years. Prior to DLJMB, he served as a Member of the Leveraged Finance Group and The Investment Banking Department at Lehman Brothers Holdings, Inc. He served as a Non Independent Non-Executive Director of Convatec Group Plc (alternate name ConvaTec Inc.) from August 25, 2015 to March 31, 2017. Mr. Pandit received an M.B.A., with honors, from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania in 2007. He also holds an M.A. and B.A., with honors, from Cambridge University in 2001.
