Biography

Fabienne Lecorvaisier is a French national. She graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées. She is an independent director of Sanofi and a member of the Audit Committee since 2013. Fabienne Lecorvaisier began her career at Société Générale, then held various positions at Banque Barclays and Banque du Louvre. In 1993, she joined the Essilor Group as Director of Development, before being appointed Finance and IT Director of Essilor of America in 1996, then CFO of the Group in 2001 and Director of Strategy and Acquisitions in 2007. In 2008, she was appointed Finance and Administration Director of the Air Liquide Group and a member of the Group Executive Committee. Fabienne Lecorvaisier also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Air Liquide Finance, a director of Air Liquide France Industries and a director of Air Liquide USA and Air Liquide Japan.
