Biography
Robert Castaigne is a French citizen. He holds a degree from Ecole Centrale de Lille and Higher National School of Petroleum and Motors and holds a Doctorate in economics. He has been an independent Director of Sanofi since 2000, and serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee since March 2015. Between 1972 and 2008, Robert Castaigne held various positions at the Total group, including Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee (1994-2008). Robert Castaigne is currently Director of Société Générale and Vinci.
