Biography
Claire is the guardian of Scality’s culture and values. In charge of management training and staff evolution, she pilots recruitment brand development, office management and internal events worldwide. Claire holds a Masters degree in Economics and management. After having spent 15 years in the music industry and 5 years in tech companies as a Marketing Director, she co-founded a company which develops projects that supply various pertinent answers to specific issues, whether cultural, environmental or socially-related. Through this range of experience, interacting regularly with artists, high-level athletes and company leaders, she has developed project management and team empowerment skills. Claire is a Sophrology graduate specializing in mental training.
