Mr. Schnee is chairman of Santhera Biopharmaceuticals and advisor to Management of Mindmaze SA, a neuro-technology company. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and serves currently on the board of directors of four privately held life sciences companies.
