Biography
As director of The Rural Center for Applied Social, Health and Behavioral Research, Dr. Zhang has led the effort to provide research services to the school and local communities for applied research projects. In collaboration with the DiSepio Institute for Rural Health & Wellness at Saint Francis University, an initiative is undertaken for a research project on community health needs assessment for Blair, Bedford, Cambria, and Somerset Counties, Pennsylvania.
