  Appointment to the board Frank Condella was appointed as non-executive chairman of Skyepharma on 1 January 2010, having originally joined that company’s board as chief executive officer in March 2006. Following the merger with Vectura, he was appointed to the Board on 10 June 2016 as Non-Executive Vice Chairman.
