Biography
Dr. Chittoor received his medical degree in 1979 from Guntur Medical College in India. He completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Georgetown University Medical Service, D.C. General Hospital, Washington, DC in 1988. He completed his Medical Oncology fellowship in 1990 at the Vincent Lombardi Cancer Research Center, Georgetown University Medical Center in Washington, DC. This fellowship included training in Bone Marrow Transplantation and advanced training at the Biological Response Modifiers Program, National Cancer Institute, Maryland. In addition, Dr. Chittoor completed a fellowship in Hematology at Georgetown University Medical Center in 1991. Author of several publications and abstracts, Dr. Chittoor is currently a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, TX. Dr. Chittoor is licensed to practice medicine in the States of Texas, Florida and California.
