Biography
Dr. Thomas Harris specializes in adult medical oncology. He is board certified in medical oncology, hematology and internal medicine. He is an active member of lung and breast tumor boards in Waco. He has an interest in lung, breast, colon, head and neck, melanoma, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma malignancies. He believes in the importance of cancer research and is an active participant of Texas Oncology and US oncology research programs.During 2006-2009 University of Virginia Health Systems, Hematology/Oncology Fellowship. 2003-2006 Mayo Clinic, Scottsdale, Arizona, Internal Medicine Residency. 1999-2003 University of Texas Medical School in Houston. 1995-1999 Texas A&M University, College Station, Texas B.S. in Genetics.Dr. Harris has published articles in lung cancer and malignant hematology during his time on faculty at the University of Virginia.
