Biography

Mr. John J. Fraher serves as Chief Executive Officer and President at Adare Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Fraher serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Aptalis Pharma S.r.l. since 2006. He serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Eurand, Inc. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Eurand N.V since December 31, 2010 and served as its Chief Commercial Officer from August 2006 to December 31, 2010. He served as President at Aptalis Pharmaceutical Technologies. He served as President of Pharmaceutical Technologies at Aptalis Pharma Canada ULC since February 2011. He served as an Executive Director of Eurand N.V. since January 2011. He served as President of Aptalis Pharma Inc. (formerly Axcan Pharma Inc) since February 28, 2011. Mr. Fraher served as President of Aptalis Pharma at Aptalis Holdings Inc. since February, 2011. Mr. Fraher served as President of Eurand, Incorporated, since April 1999. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Aptalis Pharma S.r.l. since September 2006. He served as the President of North America Region at Aptalis Pharma S.r.l. since April 1999 and also served as its President. Mr. Fraher was responsible for the Business Development, R&D and Operations Departments at Eurand S.p.A. Prior to this position, Mr. Fraher served as Vice President, Operations of Eurand from 1995 to April 1999. Mr. Fraher served as Production Manager of Fort Dodge Laboratories, Ireland, an American Home Products Corporation subsidiary. He began his career as a Production Supervisor at Sterling Drug, Inc. in Ireland. Mr. Fraher holds a BS Degree in Biochemistry from the University College of Dublin, Ireland.
