Biography
Mr. Brian Causey, B.Com, is Non-Independent Director of Nanotech Security Corp. Mr. Causey is a Chartered Accountant since 1971, and was formerly a Partner in KPMG, LLP. He has been Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the Company since October 2009. He is CFO of Curis Resources Ltd., a public company, since March, 2012; and has been Vice President, Project Finance for Hunter Dickinson Inc., (mining and exploration companies) since 2001. He is principally involved with financings, corporate reorganizations and specialized tax planning initiatives. He is a director of Cascadero Copper Corporation since January 2012 and was formerly a director of Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. from 2003 to 2011, and was a director and Chief Financial Officer of Yaletown Capital Corp. from 2007 to 2010.
