Biography
He began his career at PwC (audit and consulting) where he became a chartered accountant. He then joined Capgemini (information systems) in 1987 as CFO of a subsidiary. Transferred to New York, he took part in the drive to expand the consulting business, serving as Chief Administrative and Financial Officer, Europe from 1992 to 1994. In 1994 he moved to the Capgemini Group's M&A unit. In 1997, he was appointed head of a Business Unit specialising in software integration and was then made responsible, as CFO, for working with Cisco to set up a global joint venture focused on the telecommunication sector.
