Amedee Nicolas

Biography

 Mr. Nicolas Amedee serves as Independent Director of Thermocompact SA since June 4, 2010. He was previously a Permanent Representative of Naxicap Partners on the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Amedee started his career as a bank auditor, first in Societe Generale and then in Sequanaise de Banquet. He joined Lyonnaise de Banque and in 1975 became in charge of operations and in 1985, Senior Representative of Banque de Vizille. In 1991, He joined Groupe des Banques Populaires, as Regional Director to create in Lyon a venture capital branch. In 2004, he was appointed as Chairman of the Management Board of Naxixap Partners and retired from that role in 2010. He is a graduate of Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He also holds several other positions, such as Chief Executive Officer of Banque Populaire Developpement SA, as well as Permanent Representative of Naxicap on the Board of Directors of Alize, Audilab, EM Technologies SA, Maat Finances SA, and Maike SA, among others.
