Bernard Mollard

Biography

  Mr. Bernard Mollard serves as Director of Thermocompact SA since December 5, 1995. He started his career in C.E.M. in Lyon and in 1969 he joined Pomagalski in Grenoble where he was responsible for electrical services. In 1974, he was appointed Director of Operations of SECMH and in 1982 he became its Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer. He graduated in Electromechanical Engineering from Ecole Breguet de Paris (now Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs en Electronique et Electrotechnique). Currently, he is also Chief Executive Officer of Sofimont, Chairman of the Board of SECMH and Chairman of Compagnie du Val Montjoie, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sofil, Director of S.T.B.M.A and Banque Populaire des Alpes, and Permanent Representative of Compagnie du Val Montjoie on the Board of Directors of SEMJ.
