Biography
Professor, Researcher, Faculty Stockbridge School of Agriculture ,Ph.D. Plant and Soil Sciences/Crop Physiology,University of Massachusetts Amherst. Plant Environment Interactions Integrated sustainable farming management practices with an emphasis on cover cropping and remediation of non-point source pollution has many publications and won many awards for the experience and research carried out.
Research Interest
Mainly focused on integrating sustainable management practices into farming systems. I am specifically interested in integrating cover crops into farming systems to enhance nutrient recovery and recycling, weed suppression, and improving general soil health through increasing soil organic matter and microbial activity.
