Biography
Robert Hutkins is awarded PhD in Food Microbiology from University of Minnesota in 1984. He holds a BS in Food Science from University of Missouri, followed by MS in Microbiology from University of Missouri. He has extended his valuable service in Microbiology and has been a recipient of many award and grants. Currently, he is working as a Professor for University of Nebraska–Lincoln. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests reflect in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals.
