Biography
Stéphane Boucard is a lecturer at the Kastler-Brossel laboratory (LKB: UPMC / CNRS / ENS / Collège de France). He was recruited at UPMC in 2000. He obtained his doctorate in physics from UPMC in 1998. In the course of his research, he is particularly interested in the calculation of relativistic corrections and QED in super-heavy atoms and in the calculation of high precision on multi ions -charged or exotic atoms. He was president of the SMEREP (Société mutualiste des students in the Paris region) and then of the UMGP (Union mutualiste general de providence). Stéphane Boucard was from 2012 to 2016, vice-president of UPMC companies.
