David C. Dean

Biography

  Mr. Dean is experienced in geotechnical engineering and field construction monitoring in California, Arizona, Utah, and Michigan. The numerous landmark projects he has been involved in include the Tuscola Bay Wind Farm, Perrin Ranch Wind Farm, Seven Sisters Solar Farm, and the Alta Wind Energy Center. As of 2014, Alta Wind is the largest wind farm in the world with a combined installed capacity of 1,320 MW. He has also provided numerous structural plans and supporting calculations for residences throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Dean received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California Davis. His studies concentrated on geotechnical engineering. He is licensed in the state of California as a Civil Engineer.
