Joseph R. Ybarra

Biography

  Mr. Ybarra graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.  Mr. Ybarra’s experience covers many facets here at Wallace-Kuhl & Associates with years as a Field Technician in construction materials testing in soils, field work on the Environmental team collecting and analyzing field data, and working on the Geotechnical Engineering team primarily.  On the Geotechnical Engineering team Mr. Ybarra has been involved in all aspects of projects including planning and supervising field studies, interpreting field and laboratory testing results and data, engineering analysis, and geotechnical report preparation.
