Biography
Mr. Langlois is a veteran in the field of construction testing and inspection, which he entered in 1980. Mr. Langlois provides supervision of field services for construction materials testing and special inspections out of WKA’s West Sacramento facility. The numerous Sacramento-area landmark projects with which he has been involved include the Intel FM5 Facility, Lincoln Plaza, Capitol Bank, Highway 99 AC Overlay, UC Davis Medical Center Parking Garage, Mercy San Juan Hospital Tower, The Money Store, the pedestrian bridge at California State University, Sacramento, Vista Del Lago High School, and Cosumnes River College Parking Garage. Before joining Wallace-Kuhl & Associates in 1989, Mr. Langlois worked for nine years in the quality control department of a West Sacramento precast concrete company. He holds certifications from the International Code Council (ICC), the American Concrete Institute and the American Welding Society.
