Biography
Olivier Frezal heads the Research and Development department at SpineGuard. He has over 16 years of experience in developing innovative products for spine surgery. He is one of the original engineers who started developing the DSG™ technology and he has been instrumental in developing this technology over the past 11 years. Before working on the DSG™ technology, Olivier led research activities sponsored by companies such as Medtronic Sofamor Danek or LDR Medical and worked at SpineVision where he designed implants and patented instruments. Olivier graduated in the top 1% of an established French Engineering school (ENSAM Paris Tech, France) and also obtained a Masters in Biomechanics (Institut de Biomécanique Humaine G. CHARPAK, France).
