Biography
Carrie manages the Company’s compliance with Federal and state laws and regulations and oversees the Company’s Compliance Program. Carrie has in-depth knowledge of the complex healthcare regulations but also has business knowledge and acumen to implement compliance activities efficiently and to avoid loss of productivity of clinical staff. Carrie previously served as the Compliance Officer for a national urgent care company under a Corporate Integrity Agreement and has extensive experience working with federal agencies. Carrie also has over 14 years of experience in the private practice of law. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Indiana University and a Masters of Science in Health Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Carrie is married and enjoys yoga and playing with her two cats and dog.
