Biography
Mr. Deignan has served as our Chief Financial Officer since January 2012. From 2009 to December 2011, Mr. Deignan was Vice President of Finance and Administration for Salutria Pharmaceuticals. From 1999 to 2009, Mr. Deignan served in a number of roles with AtheroGenics, Inc., a publicly held biopharmaceutical company, including as Vice President of Finance and Administration. His career has included management positions at AAIPharma, Inc.

Inc., and Schering-Plough. Mr. Deignan received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
