Biography
Mr. Kelly served as Senior Vice President, Finance of Pfizer Inc. from October 2009 to February 2010, having been Vice President and Controller of Wyeth from March 2008 to October 2009. Mr. Kelly held various other positions, including Vice President, Finance Operations, since joining Wyeth in 2002. He is also a director of The Medicines Company. Mr. Kelly has been a director of C. R. Bard, Inc. since October 2009 and is a member of the Audit Committee and the Finance Committee.
