Biography
David Wonders, DVM, was born in Tampa, FL and grew up in Habersham county. He is a 1983 graduate of Habersham Central High, and has a B.S. in Biology from North Georgia College. He earned his doctorate in veterinary medicine at the University of Georgia. Dr. Wonders has special interests in small animal soft tissue and orthopedic surgery. He is the past president of the Northeast Georgia Veterinary Medical Association. He and his wife, Paula, are the parents of Emily Grace and Kevin Richard. They have 2 cats named Coconut and Pom Pom, and one dog named White Socks. His hobbies are golf, tennis, and computer gaming. His goal is to continue to make Cornelia and Clarkesville Veterinary Hospital the best general veterinary hospital in northeast Georgia.
