Biography
Mr. Diamond is a principal founder of the Company, and has been in the medical products industry for approximately 35 years. In 1977, Mr. Diamond became a principal stockholder of Endicott Rental and Sales Company ("Endicott"), the largest independent home health care and rehabilitation dealer in the metropolitan New York area. Mr. Diamond facilitated the sale of Endicott in 1982 to Abbey Medical, a division of American Hospital Supply. Following such time, Mr. Diamond served as a principal stockholder and in a variety of executive capacities with several major healthcare companies in the United States. In 1987, Mr. Diamond formed Diamond Medical and National Health Care and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of each company until such companies were sold in 1992 to a publicly traded healthcare company. Following the sale, Mr. Diamond became the President of the publicly traded healthcare company and served as a member of the Board of Directors for a period of time.
