Biography

 Eric is responsible for all of Drayer’s clinical and operational functions and oversees the development and execution of the company’s strategic growth plan.  Eric has nearly 30 years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings, including outpatient rehabilitation, ambulatory surgery, diagnostics, occupational medicine, and long-term care. Prior to joining Drayer, Eric was executive vice president and chief operating officer for Care-One, a privately held company in Northeast New Jersey that owned and operated nursing and assisted living facilities. Eric also has served as executive vice president of operations for Physiotherapy Associates, chief operating officer for Benchmark Medical Inc., and senior vice president of operations for HealthSouth. Eric earned a bachelor’s degree in operations and logistics management from Michigan State University.   Luke is a licensed physical therapist and received his undergraduate degree in biology from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa., where he played football. He holds master’s degrees in applied anatomy and physiology and in physical therapy from Boston University.
