Biography
Heather oversees Drayer’s central business offices (CBOs), accounts receivable/denial management, cash collections, credentialing and training support for front office staff. She joined Drayer in 2015 with more than 15 years of experience in healthcare collections, revenue cycle management, and policy and process development. Prior to Drayer, Heather was director of business operations for NHS Human Services for 16 years. Heather has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Albright College and an MBA from Shippensburg University.
