Biography
Joann joined the Drayer team in May 2003 with more than 20 years of human resources experience in the healthcare industry. Joann has extensive knowledge of all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, compensation and employee benefits and has been a member of professional organizations such as Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Professionals of Central Pennsylvania. She has volunteered with a number of local charitable organizations, including as a member of the personnel advisory board for Ronald McDonald House Charities for five years.
