Kyle Conlee

Biography

 Kyle oversees all finance, accounting, tax and legal functions within the company, including mergers and acquisitions and revenue cycle management. He is involved in the planning and development of new clinics, as well as the management of the company’s lending relationships. Before joining Drayer, Kyle spent the previous nine years with Goldman Sachs Investment Banking, advising corporate clients on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings and other equity and debt financing transactions. He also served as a strategy and process consultant at Accenture for more than five years, diagnosing key business issues and developing near-term solutions and long-term strategy. Kyle has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Duke University and a master’s of business administration degree from Vanderbilt University.
